NEW FOR 2017

New “ Unlicensed  Driver “

As a club we are proposing to run a new driver catorgory “ Unlicensed Driver “(age 15+)  within four selected RTV events through the completion year starting in 2017 . If you are an unlicensed driver ( don’t hold a current  valid UK driving license but aged 15+) and you would like to compete in one or all four of the “unlicensed RTV’s” then you have to have completed four Tyro’s and have an up to date record with clerk of course (COC) signatures to act as proof that you have completed the day in a competent manner where the vehicle has been driven with a good level of skill and control .

The Basic requirements to compete as a “unlicensed Driver “ are :-

• TYRO – Complete 4 tyro’s which two of these need to be with Cornwall and devon LRC – have a record sheet signed by the clerk of course until you have 4 signatures for Tyro’s
• UNLICENSED DRIVER RTV (age 15+) – At any of the 4 unlicensed RTV events you will run last on each section and allowed to run to gate 4 – at the end of the day present record card to the COC for signature – COC’s only to sign if happy that good skill and control has been demonstrated .
• ADVANCED UNLICENSED DRIVER (age 16+) once 4 signatures for tyro and 4 for Unlicensed RTV events are present on record sheet can the holder drive in an unlicensed RTV event to gate 1
